Novak’s Quest, the second in my Chief Novak series, is available on Amazon. Meanwhile, Belonging, a family drama involving two women switched at birth, is trending on Kindle Vella. If you haven’t tried Vella, it’s a platform for serial stories to read one short episode at a time.
Meanwhile, I’m close to releasing a novel I’ve been working on for more than three years. The Quadrant Conspiracy, based on a historical event, imagines a Nazi plot to assassinate President Franklin Roosevelt to derail the Quadrant Conference, the Anglo-American summit in 1943 that settled on the cross-channel thrust–codenamed Overlord–intended to end the Third Reich.
While it has elements of a thriller, it is also the story of war’s effect on marriage and a detailed history of the events leading up D-Day. My story and the historical record are based, in part, on Advocating Overlord by Philip Padgett. For those interested in the history, I recommend his book.
While The Quadrant Conspiracy will bring my total output to six novels, it is actually the fourth book I’ve written. It has taken that long to get this story right. I’ll provide more details are we get closer to the release.
